A property manager is between property owners and residents while overseeing managed daily duties and maintaining records. Property managers are responsible for the management of the property, including maintenance and emergency repair calls and filling vacancies. They also process applications and enforces the leases and secures the property.

An assistant property manager processes new tenant applications, addresses and resolves tenant issues and complaints, oversees any necessary construction, assists in marketing the property, and manages the financial aspects of the business. The entrant will perform any combination of routine calculating, posting and verifying duties to make payments to vendors, process resident rental payments and obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining property accounting records.

As a Leasing Agent, you will become the public face of the property and the key liaison between the management office and current and prospective renters. Responsible for the leasing, neighborhood marketing and maintaining positive resident relations. The Leasing Consultant is to ensure the property is in compliance with all Company, Local, State, and Federal Fair Housing laws.

This position is responsible for the oversight of the maintenance and construction projects of the apartment community property. This includes maintaining a safe and sanitary living environment for residents, guests, visitors and maintenance staff. Supervises the maintenance staff, and must demonstrate proficient understanding and knowledge of general maintenance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electricity, repair and refurbish appliances and HVAC in both theory and practical application; in addition to a willingness to work alongside maintenance staff to ensure project completion.

Assistant Maintenance Technicians must own their own tools and assist in the overall maintenance operations while taking a hands-on approach to the completion of all projects, work orders, make readies, and grounds. The model candidate will perform walk-through inspections of vacated apartment units, reviewing resident repair requests, maintaining and working after hours and emergency on-call coverage and service and maintaining time and production records. This job may require personal contact with residents so professional conduct is essential at all times.

As a Make Ready Technician your primary responsibility is to ensure that all vacant apartment units are restored timely to market-ready status. This position will also perform general repairs and assist in the overall maintenance of the interior and exterior of the property. This position requires to possess your own tools to perform these tasks. This job may require personal contact with residents so professional conduct is essential at all times.

The primary responsibilities of the Groundskeeper involve the upkeep of the property in order to enhance and maintain its curb appeal by walking the property on a frequent basis and remove litter, debris, cigarette butts and pet droppings from the grounds. They are to ensure cleanliness, appeal and safety of all areas including: pool, common areas, laundry and mail rooms, grounds adjacent to the road, in front of the office, walkways to and from and in-between buildings and ensure exterior lighting is operational and to company expectations.

The Housekeeper is responsible for keeping the interior and common areas of the property clean on a daily basis. They also help with the full cleaning of make-ready units while paying attention to detail. The Housekeeper sets a quality standard in the community as their effort is seen daily by the residents in the common areas, hallways, and amenity areas and by prospective residents when they tour the community.
